About

It’s all about science, innovation and leadership

I founded Fönn Consulting because I know how important it is to have the right support when navigating the uncertainty of building something new. Especially in science and innovation. Having someone by your side who understands that real success requires not only understanding of the business and technical complexity, but also strong leadership skills and confidence.

My own journey into entrepreneurship began during my PhD in biomedical sciences, when I co-founded Platome Biotechnology based on our lab’s research. Since then, I’ve spent over 14 years working at the intersection of science, leadership, and innovation.

I’ve lead biotech ventures, pharmaceutical operations, directed a national science institute and mentored over 150 startups and entrepreneurs. At Fönn, I combine this experience to offer executive coaching, leadership development, and business consulting tailored to scientists, founders, and innovation leaders. I work closely with individuals and teams building high-impact ventures, often in technically demanding and rapidly evolving fields. My approach is practical, empowering, and tailored to each client’s vision, strengths, and challenges.

My work is grounded in experience but driven by purpose: I help entrepreneurs turn good ideas into great ventures, lead with confidence and gain lasting success. If you're building something meaningful and want an experienced partner in your corner, I'd be happy to connect. Schedule a free introductory session with me here below.
